Biggest mistake of our lives should have paid the extra money and went with another brand. Absolutely no craftsmanship or quality in these units just mass produced garbage.

I bought a brand new easy to west silver lake camper and the air conditioner broke after three weeks and then took over 4 weeks to get fixed. I am very disappointed especially it being a 2025 brand new camper

Bought new 2020 furniture peeling cracking, deteriorating.
Notified, Forest River, responds , no warranty, on unit.
Point is, there are many rv owners with this inferior product.
And company did not recall, or offer help.
Goes to say not too pleased , very dissatisfied.

We bought a 2024KRL we’ve had a two weeks to table pull away from the wall so I look to see what happened. I pulled the brackets off. They had broken toothpicks and the hole and I guess they expected that would hold the screws in

If you’ve bought an RV model year 2020-2024. Get on your roof and look under the solar panel. You will see a gap in the white sealant used to water proof it. Meaning water will be pooling under there and slowly leaking into your roof. Which is extremely low quality plywood. You should be returning your RV and DEMANDING the entire roof and side walls are replaced because of this water damage

Lost our camper after Hurricane Helene, afterwards we went to Optimum RV in Inman SC and purchased a new 390ds 5th wheel, upon delivery the front hydraulic jack busted, had over 30 water leaks in different areas the storage was wet roof leaked, when it got cold both bedrooms a ice behind the mattress in a 4 SEASON camper, they wanted to keep it for who knows how many months while my wife would be forced to stay in a hotel at our expense because she works out of town, back heater in 2nd bedroom didn't work and there dealer in Inman did little as possible to resolve issues, also had mold within 2 months from purchase.. if anyone wants pictures would be more than happy to provide more than what I posted.. What a Luxury High End Piece of Crap.. Our Brookstone that was totaled because of water damage was in Better shape than our 390ds. Now that's completely consumer fraud to advertise a luxury 5th wheel that's a complete LEMON. Not that anyone in this company cares, it's all about the money and who they can screw out of it.. Welcome to the used car dealers of the camping world only there selling from the factory rejects.

Terrible Product and Customer Service
When we first bought our 2023 Tandara 375BH-OK, less than one year ago, I loved our unit. It was the perfect layout for our family as we needed 2 bedrooms to accomodate my elderly grandmother, whom we care for. However, our unit has spent more time being repaired than being used. It has had numerous issues, including a broken crossbar on the frame and a water leak that has led to floor discoloration and instability. Customer Service is not concerned about their customers' health, safety, well-being, or satisfaction. I DO NOT recommend East to West or any other Forest River product. More specifically, this is the worst camper and situation we have ever been in!

Purchase the brand new travel trailer less than 2 months ago. The electric tongue is already defective. Been trying to contact them for a week through emails and calls just to find a partner repair location in my area and no one would answer calls, return calls or respond to emails

We just bought a brand new 2024 Blackthorn 3300RD. Our first day taking it to the campground for a 2 week vacation, we found out the refrigerator doesn't work. Lost about $175 worth of food and spent $200+ on a mini fridge, cooler and ice. Every single day something else has broken. Shower hose and head busted, the pantry door won't stay shut, 3 of the rubber strips that cover the seams on the ceiling are hanging, one of the light covers on the outside fell off on the way to the campground. It has been a nightmare already and we are only on day 6. We called our dealer and East to West and neither one has done anything. Do yourself a favor and choose a different brand.

We purchased a 2024 Blackthorn. 3 days after picking it up we took it out for our first trip. Over memorial weekend we had a light ran. The demo at the dealership stated the awning would automatically dip on one side or the other to let the water run off. To our shock in the morning, the water had pooled at the end of the awning. Before we could do anything, the weight tore the awning off the camper bending the extension bars in the process. We took it back to the dealership informing them of the problem and how the awning didn’t ‘dip’ as we were told. We expected the manufacturer warranty to cover this defect and replace the awning but we’re told it was storm damage and would not be covered. We explained to Forest River this was no storm just a normal light rain. They didn’t care and would not cover the repair. I was also told that when it rains you should pull your awning in. That kind of defeats its purpose! I’ve been a camper all my life and have owned three Forest River products prior to this. I even met the owner of Forest Rivers daughter when I bought this camper. After this, no more!!!! This proves how they are using inferior parts because they refuse to stand behind their products. Find a different manufacturer to buy from. If they won’t stand behind their products and turn their backs on what was once loyal customers, they don’t deserve anyone’s business.

It's basically a Forest River company.
It's where your retirement dreams go to die.
And what's with employees giving 5 star reviews?
