We stayed at the location in Elkhart Indiana on 11/11/2023. We were in town for a concert at the local concert hall. We had two rooms reserved. We were greeted very warmly upon our arrival by the hotel hostess Beverly. She was able to go over rooms and what to expect. Later when we came down to visit in the dining area she made sure the lights were on and asked if we needed anything.We were on the second floor and were quite impressed with how quiet the rooms were. There was also a woman college rugby tournament in town. We slept soundly with out any outside noise.The room I stayed in had huge king size bed. We were also happy to see that there was mini fridge.There were many things we enjoyed about our stay. The pool is open until 11 pm I think and open early. My nephew really enjoyed that option. We also enjoyed the hot fresh breakfast in the morning. The location of the hotel made getting the theater quick and easy.When we checked out our process was also easy.The staff when we came across them always looked up and smiled.Thanks you Beverly and all of the staff for helping up enjoy our time away from home. The staff the clean hotel and the affordable prices we will be back for sure.Rooms: Very clean and spacious.

When we arrived Beverly welcomed us right away and very quickly got us checked in, she explained where our rooms were and all of the awesome accommodations that were offered. Will be back!Rooms: The rooms were clean and stocked with everything we might of needed.Nearby activities: The Learner theater is a very short drive away.

Went to do wedding hair. Housecleaning stopped to make sure everything was good. Very clean. Great customer service. Right off the toll road.

Very clean hotel, everything inside is up to date and in good condition, and they provide a good warm breakfast including scramble eggs, sausage, etc. Highly recommend this hotel.

Good stay for the price. Beds are perfect and shower was good steady stream. Free small breakfast was fresh fruit, bakery muffins and bagels/toast , cereal , yogurt and drinks. They also have a mini convenience store. Very clean and friendly staff!

The breakfast staff were awesome and having a late checkout enabled us to change clothes after a funeral. This helped with our drive home. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful.

Loved the night shift guy that was getting breakfast ready!!Outstanding staff overall.... room was great.The front desk lady who checked us in was a smidgen nosey, prying.... but otherwise polite & the rest of our experience here was great!

Clean! Kind and helpful staff. Our room was clean and put together nicely. Even had my name on the tv welcoming me when I got there. Breakfast was hot and amazing!!!! So much to choose from. We even ordered pizza forgot plates and front desk got us paper plates, napkins, plastic ware and cups with ice! It was awesome!

Staff is friendly and helpful, room is well appointed with very comfortable beds and pillows. Pool was great for the kids, luckily we were the only ones there but it could have been pretty crowded if the building was full. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. A little bit on the higher side price wise.

And I love the complimentary hot breakfast.One really cool thing--the pool is a little warmer than most hotel pools, so you won't freeze to death trying to swim!Updated review Feb 2021I am not sure what had happened over the course of the past couple of years, but this hotel has really become unpleasant, mostly due to its lack of control regarding is unruly clientele. I have been traveling to Elkhart one to two times per month for business for the past 3 years. I usually stay 3- 4 nights each time. My last 3-4 stays here have been AWFUL!!!Running/noisy kids all hours of the day and night, lack of enforcement for the pool hours leads to noise late into the night, whole families screaming up and down the halls all hours of the night--it is terrible and little ever seems to be done by the staff to get the guests to be more respectful of people who might actually be sleeping after 10 pm.I think I will start asking my company to book me at the newly built Courtyard for the above mentioned reasons and the fact that the Fairfield doesn't serve hot breakfast anymore. News alert--the corona virus is not spread through hot food.
