Wasn't there for fed ex or know if they have a fed ex pickup. Just picking up some items from Walgreens.

This isn't about this particular location but the company itself and how it handles the phone. I've called 5 times to get someone to pick up a package that was delivered to the wrong person so it can be delivered to the desired person and there's no option to talk to a representative. I genuinely don't understand what's so hard about making it an option to talk to someone.
