I was told car loan it would take 2 to 4 days filed on Tuesday here we are Monday nothing. I am on day five no answers. It’s a freaking car loan. My daughter got hers done in 24 hours at a dealership went in Friday night drove the car walked out Saturday with it. No communication, don’t follow up. I’ve had all the calls terrible terrible never uses Bank moving all my accounts out of there.

Worst bank I've ever had ! Failed to send me a debit card, therefore costing me an extra $800.00 on car insurance, because I couldn't purchase online ! Thanks 5/3 !

My husband & I had a great experience last Friday with this bank. It is a complicated issue and the bank manager and personal banker Teresa managed to see through all of the confusion (from other banks) and resolve the issue once and for all. It Okay wasn’t easy - thank you so much!

Awful service. Super slow and rude the only nice employees are the older woman and Kyle. Everyone else acts like I'm an inconvenience. I waited in line 30mins. Only two people helping walk-in customers and dt customers.

They NEVER answer their phone and there's usually only two tellers at the counter so it takes forever to be waited on.
