This is the worst bank I have ever banked with. Everyone is super rude and condescending when you ask a normal question. Unwilling to help with the basic of basics that banks should provide you. I couldn't believe the service I was given, so condescending that I just had to leave a review. Relationship banker? More like destroy your relationships banker. Stay as far away as possible.I have gone both in-person and talked over the phone with a teller. I don't know why the environment is so hostile.
