Today I was here buying a few things and I got greeted and checked out by the sweetest lady ever! She said it was her first day and she was so helpful and kind i did not catch her name but she had a cute bow in her hair she was awesome!

So disappointed, we don't have one we're I live so we have to drive over an hour in any direction to get to one, so I haven't been to one in awhile. This place is a joke!! Calling it 5 below is false advertising. It should be called seven and above. They have $30 items. Nothing and I mean nothing in that store is worth 10 bucks let's alone 30. Never again!!

08-03-2024 1:30pm: This place is awesome! My mom has mobility issues from her age, so she asked the cashier for help. The cashier, Katie (I hope I spelled that right) told my mom where they were but noticed she was struggling to find them. She went back and showed my mom where they are exactly and then came to help us check out. She was courteous , respectful, polite and professional. It looked like she was running the store bye herself and doing an AWESOME JOB. The floors were clean, the shelves were stocked and neatly arraigned. If every Five Below had a Katie, they’d replace Walmart. This is the location I’m going to tell everyone they should shop at. The employees running this store know what they’re doing for sure. Thank you, Katie.

Very rude worker accused us if stealing, very rudely checked our receipt and didn’t apologize for her misjudgment and treated us very differently than the other customers from the start, if you are that worried about $2.50 maybe man your registered instead of leaning on the racks.

I love the unique things that this store has, like a box of chocolates "you never know what you're going to get!" Terrific summer fun items!! Fun inflatable ideas for outside play and water fun time!!! Beach towels, cute summer shoes and clothing, every kind of containers to fill up and stay hydrated, adorable T-shirts!!! Unique stationary needs of evert shap, size, and kind!!!
Be prepared to speed some time just strolling through and looking. Take a shopping buddy and be prepared to giggle a little and just have fun!!

I was excited to go in because i've never been to the elkhart location. I wasn't pressed by the organization of the store, Although it is small and doesn't have half of the things that were online, so I didn't find much. I'm hoping they get a lot more inventory and for summer!

Not enough room to walk around without a bunch of people jumping in front of me or cutting me off with the carts, kinda pissed me off tbh...just wish the store had a more open Floorplan with better flow for people to shop
