Estelle was wonderful! She took the time to water down and blow dry my part to make sure it layed perfectly and she made sure my hairpiece stayed by securing it with pins. I love coming here because by the time I leave to go home,I'm super relaxed. I love that I got some tea and a seated massage while I was there and I can't wait to go back next week. *update!: 2nd appt—The space and staff are so bright and inviting! Claire is such a pleasant soul to be around; she will explain the whole process then get you SO cozy with a lumbar and knee pillow then a heated eye mask. The Yume headspa is unparalleled obviously but it’s the space and the people here that make this experience above and beyond. It was oddly satisfying seeing the before/after and there was absolutely zero judgement from Claire, just the sweetest. 10/10 run don’t walk.*
This was sensational, literally… full body chills for 45 minutes?! I had no idea that was I was searching for was a YUME + Claire 🤩

Estelle is amazing at what she does! I had went somewhere else to get my hair cut and it was a total disaster. Estelle not only fixed it, but gave me exactly what I was looking for! I absolutely love it here! This is my new go to place!

Fix Aveda isn't just a salon, it's a full-on escape! The place is clean, modern, and with this incredible vibe that's calm and chic. You can tell the stylists love their work, because they all seem so happy and professional.
My stylist went above and beyond. She offered me wine as we chatted about what haircut would work best for my face shape, lifestyle, and even my hair type (which can be a challenge!). Then, the pampering began! A massage chair, essential oils, and the most amazing scalp massage with this hormone-friendly shampoo – a lifesaver during peri-menopause, let me tell you.
She took time cutting my hair, which I loved – you can tell she wasn't rushing and wanted it perfect. And she valued my opinion, making sure I was happy with everything. Honestly, I left feeling spoiled, just like I'd spent the day at a spa.
That first visit hooked me. I've been back not just for haircuts but for makeup too. They even did my daughter's hair and makeup for prom – she looked stunning! The little details really make a difference, too. The text reminders, my name on the welcome board when I walk in, the thank you card in the mail – it really personalizes the experience. Fix Aveda is now my go-to salon, and I can't recommend them enough!

My fiance left crying with how bad they screwed up her hair. Her bangs were so bad it looks like someone screwed them up on purpose. The service and atmosphere of the place was great and we even got a refund but if that is there "level 3 hair stylist" I can't imagime how abismal the other levels are.

The lady that did my waxing was so nice, and so accommodating! Wonderful staff, so nice and attentive towards me! They offered me drinks 2 different times, which I loved! And the atmosphere there is so welcoming and inviting! ? I will definitely be going back!
