Gabby gave me the weirdest haircut. My part is just slightly to the left side of my head and she cut my hair 4 inches shorter in a small section near my face on the right side. Not exaggerating, I measured. I was shocked but thought she was going to even in out on the other side. Nope. The other side is similar to the rest of my hair. She said it had to be shorter there because of my part. That doesn’t even make sense. I’m so disappointed. She literally gave me a side bang. I asked for long layers and never said anything about face framing, which I did not want. To top it off, she wasn’t conversational at all, even though I attempted conversations with her. I had great experience with the last dresser I had who unfortunately left.

She took all my LENGTH! DO NOT let Gabbie touch you, she gets too distracted talking about herself. My hair is just above my ears. I NEVER wanted that much length. I have health issues, takes eons for my hair to grow. Thank you so much for making me look and feel so ugly!

very unprofessional
I had an appointment 2 times and both the times they cancelled before just one hr. I had an event to attend and my whole plan was disturbed because of this unprofessional behaviour and cold response from their worker
