First time shopping here. Not a bad place at all. Good things are in the store. Happy to buy here. Prices do vary but are still worth it. I’m sure I’m going to return an look at the items. The place is very clean too.

I used to LOVE shopping Goodwill, but their pricing has gotten ridiculous. Sometimes it’s the same cost as new retail. I still enjoy the thrill of the hunt but I no longer shop on a regular basis in our area. I’ve noticed in traveling, other Goodwill prices are much more reasonable. Michiana has a bad reputation for high prices.

One star. Selection wonderful. Store clean. BUT. They round up EVERY time without asking. I shop Goodwill to SAVE money not to give it to a FOR PROFIT organization.
Tell the CEO or president to stop taking pennies out of my pocket and start taking Benjamins out of theirs.

Prices are very expensive. Kids clothes are $4.99 each and adult clothes are average 8.99 each and customer service was terrible. Had to wait 5 mins for a cashier to end her personal convo with someone.

Im the clown that comes into the store every once in awhile to give balloon animals to kids and anyone who wants one. I’ve never had any problem doing this, multiple staff told me it was okay for me to do it until today. They fired a few people and their new staff is horrible. One of im assuming managers yelled at me saying “1. You can’t sit on the couches” ive been told i was allowed to sit and chill there by multiple staff before since i asked “2. You cant be giving out balloon animals to MY customers” ive done this for months now so why is it a problem now? “3. If you’re not gonna buy anything then you need to leave.” Idk about anyone else but i take awhile to decide if im going to buy something or not so i walk around or chill in the store to see if i actually want it or not and none of the things she told me i couldnt do were ever a problem until she showed up. I used to come into the store every week to shop and give balloons but all of a sudden its a problem. Some of the staff are really nice but the new ones are horrible. 0 stars
