Location is good, hotel rooms are just outdated

I stay in Hiltons at least 5x a month, many times for more than a week. I am well versed in Hilton offerings and this location is much more comparable to the Hampton Inn. The rooms are very old and out dated, the halls have old carpet and so do the rooms, many things are broken or worn in the room. There is no hot tub and the pool is not heated. Breakfast is pay for yourself. The buffet is sorely lacking. The toaster doesn't work, the offered hot food is burnt and cold. I also ordered breakfast to go and it took over 40 minutes as they only have 1 cook and was cold by the time I got it. There are no additional amenities as is typical for a Garden Inn and staff doesn't have the resources to help. Would stay at the home2 or hampton, next time.

Simple breakfast is $17 per person. Holiday Inn breakfast is better and included with room.

Hilton is my preferred choice for accommodations when traveling due to its consistent quality and reliability. The brand is characterized by its cleanliness, well-maintained facilities, and friendly staff. This location in Elkhart, Indiana represents the brand at a very high level. The beds are comfortable, and the showers are strong and hot. The pool area adds to the many amenities, and the fitness center is exceptionally well-equipped. Based on my positive experience, I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn in Elkhart, indiana and look forward to future stays when in the area.

My stay last night was really unpleasant and definitely overpriced for the condition of the room. The only reason I am giving this a 2 star is because the front desk staff I interacted with were both very friendly and helpful. The lobby is nicely maintained but the room was dated, dirty, and in desperate need of attention. The refrigerator and the cabinet it is in were filthy and need replacing. The tub faucet has a constant drip and therefore there is mold around the drain. The shower head looked dirty and the towels were rough and very small. Box springs on beds are left uncovered and had stains on them--as did the mattress. Cover on the ironing board was filthy. It all needs to be replaced an updated. Very disappointing to a loyal Hilton customer. Do not recommend.

I stayed there for a few days and I loved it. The people were so nice it was quiet . The room was so nice an clean an smelled amazing. I would recommend this hotel to everyone

Food was slow and mediocre at best. Took a long time to get. Pool room was very messy. Room looked clean but had cracks and mold in the bathroom. Staff were sitting around playing on their phones. Front desk staff were polite and did give us a discount. Not somewhere I would stay again.

The dirtiest Hilton we stayed, truly disappointing. The coffee maker got dried mold so as the shower head. Lobby is nice but on the way to elevator and to our room smells so bad.Diamond member, but didn’t make a difference.

We had online reservations for this hotel, secured by credit card: our payment was committed. After driving 5 hours we arrived at this hotel around noon only to be told that there was absolutely no early check in before 3 pm . We had a wedding to attend at 4 pm and needed to shower, shave and dress for this event. We made it to the wedding minutes before the bride went down the aisle . This is a horrible policy that this hotel and others have. When people drive from out of state and need to stay in a hotel to be told they cannot get into their room for two to three hours is a major inconvenience. They are supposed to be in the hospitality business and this is not hospitable. In essence, what these businesses are saying is, “We are going to inconvenience you for our benefit and take your money too.” Gone are the days when businesses served the needs of their customers. Shame on us for allowing them to do this. They get their payment in an expeditious and convenient manner. We don’t get what we’ve paid for in like manner.

Has to be the worst service I have seen in a long time for breakfast. I sat and waited for server to help me for ever she was just sitting on her phone while I waited for help. I will not be staying here again.

Bar was closed.. for $14 it was basic breakfast with generic syrup. Idk I felt for a Hilton.. should have been a little..... More.. don't know if I'll be back to that one in particular

This is my go-to hotel when I'm in Elkhart. Location is perfect for me, the chubby trout has good food and drinks. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly and helpful.
