Used Tim for a second time back in May and as expected he did not disappoint! I seriously cannot express how much I enjoy working with him. He is extremely patient, personable, professional and you can just tell he truly has your best interest at heart. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Our realtor, Jennea Schirr, recommended them and they are AMAZING! Tim Weldy & Stephannie have been nothing more than stellar throughout the process of buying our first home. They are responsive and go above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of, and they are so genuine & kind which is really rare to find these days! They make you feel like so much more than just an application number & truly want the best for you! Definitely recommend them for all of your mortgage needs!!

Tim and his team are absolutely amazing! They were all so pleasant to work with. From helping me get pre-approved, being very clear on what they needed from me and why during the buying process, timely responses to any questions I had and sharing words of encouragement throughout the whole process. Tim Weldy and his staff are amazing. They made our dreams come true. We started with a loan with chase Morgage and up until the week of closing things where going good. Then they said they couldn’t do the loan. Tim stepped in and saved our dream. Tim and his staff went above and beyond to help us get our loan for our home. Gave us some great advice and was there anytime we needed them. Amazing communication. I just can’t stress how greatful we are to Tim and his staff. I will be recommending him to everyone I know even strangers if I hear them talking about needing help with a home loan.
