Buyer beware. Bought a used car from this lot not even 2 months ago. Transmission needs replaced. Kicker is it was a 2016 with only 64,000 miles. Paid close to $18,000 now being quoted $5600 for new transmission. Now paying close to $24000 and we could have spent that on a newer car. When called to talk to them about it said there was nothing they could do nor would they offer to take a look at it. Said it was bought as is. Which we understand but thought a reparable business would somewhat want to keep a good name for themselves. Make sure to have a car completely inspected and do not just take their word that a car is a good deal/reliable car that they are selling. Very disappointed they would stand behind the cars they sell. Do your research before purchasing from this car lot.

Spot’s like these are what give good vehicle salesmen & dealerships a bad name.
I sold car’s for years and never could I imagine selling someone a total loss vehicle without their knowledge and signature next to it on a printed carfax.
On top of that, specifically requesting the total loss not being placed on the title to pass it off as clean. I guess thats why the AutoChecker linked to the website is shut off.
Not only is it illegal, but its bad for business AND reputation.
The GM doesnt want to cut his losses and unwind the deal having already made a profit but rather attempt to spin the average buyer who buys 3-5 cars their entire life.
All good, I KNOW the negative reviews across all platforms will cost more potential revenue than whats left on this deal.
Consumers with subprime credit; you have better options. Don’t get taken advantage of here. If you do end up finding your perfect vehicle here for whatever reason, avoid their inhouse finance option. You wont receive monthly payment receipts nor will it be reported towards your credit.

From the beginning phone call to the end of me driving off the lot, the experience was genuinely all that I could ask for. Mike communicated with me through text and phone calls keeping me up to date on the status of the vehicles availability due to it being a hot commodity and even picked me up from the rental car location on his day off. Nothing about the situation felt pressured and it was really just a relaxed experience. I love my 08 Corvette and I am glad I chose them as my final decision after weeks of searching.

I have never had a vehicle financed before. Most places won't even look at me. My experience at Image Motors was above and beyond what I was expecting it to be. When I walked in the door I expected to be run over, looked down on, and told that they couldn't help me. Instead the GM Mike Wood and I believe the owner stayed 2 nights in a row a Monday and Tuesday until almost 10 a clock. The first night 3 hours past close and that was fruitless because they ended up not being able to get me anything no matter what they tried crunching together. The second night, Tuesday, I called them after close and told them I had sold my truck and I had court in the morning and they stayed and waited over an hour for me to just show up and then between insurance and paperwork I left just before 10 in my new ride. I will forever give this place and these salesman my praise. God pointed me in the right direction and they did more then close to necessary and the trust was built and I don't forsee any issues with this relationship. I'd recommend image motors to anyone and I would choose this location and service over something that was 5 minutes away. And by the way the car is a beauty I didn't even test drive it and it's the honest to God best whip I've ever had. Good people. Good cars. Good service. Go to image motors
