I've never had a problem here. Friendly staff. Helped me with a lot of things including basics and creating an estate account, cashier's checks, transferring funds, etc. Interra seems very safe and secure, as they will monitor any suspicious activity.

I have been a member of Interra for many years. They have started charging for checking accounts and the customer service is AWFUL. I will be looking for a new credit union that actually cares about their members and does not charge me for putting my money into their financial institution.

Great service, you can always reach someone by phone with very little, to no hold time, I opened my first account with them 11 years ago, never had any issues worth mentioning.

Not really about the location but overall institute. I prefer credit unions. But Interra is heavy in the practice of debit resequencing. It's not illegal but it is unethical.

The CR 17 branch is the worst! They have a lady working the teller window who appears to be hateful. I personally witnessed her harassing customers sometimes for 15 minutes or more. Very unprofessional to put customers private business out there to the public like that.

I’ve banked at Interra for years and am seriously thinking about closing my accounts because of this location. Every time I come here it seems like I have issues. I don’t understand why you would work at a bank if you don’t like helping people.

Awesome people working there I love the service and I’m in and out quick doesn’t matter if I go in or through the drive through I’m still in and out quick and they are so nice and willing to help.

Reviewing this location, not the business as a whole:Every time I've visited, it has been either a neutral or positive experience. I've never dealt with a rude worker, a lazy worker, or an unintelligent worker. They seriously hire great people. Sometimes the lines get long, but they are always moving at a steadfast pace. As an 18 year old who has banked with them since I was 14, their staff knows how to work with people of all ages VERY well. As for loans and such, I have no clue if this location is great for that; I've never used those services. The interior has always been clean, and they just remodeled so it looks amazing. 5/5 and I'll stand behind it.

Interra is a great place for a business account...low interest rates for financing, business checks deposited cleared immediately and the staff is friendly and service is quick....credit union sharing with Teachers Credit Union makes deposits possible in Michigan as well....better interest rates on RVs than TCU...

Really disappointing. I used to love working with Interra and as business grew, moved the account away to a larger bank. I've recently considered moving back to banking with them, but after dealing with their Mortgage department it seems they have lost the personality and helpful attitude they used to have which made them special.
