They gave me a unit in the wrong facility and when I called them they offered me a refund and I said yes because that one was too far from where I needed it. A week later they emailed me saying they changed their mind and will not be refunding my money because I didn't call within 24 hours of ordering it. I didn't find out it was the wrong place for 3 days. Then they email me again telling me I owe them $60.60 for the following month plus a late fee. I called them and they were rude, refusing a refund and demanding I pay for $60.60 NOW. Mind you at this point I hadn't even stepped on the property. They threatened to take the money directly from my bank account until I pointed out that they don't have my permission and that I would have my bank contact them if they even try. They ended up hanging up on me.

The cleanest most pleasant storage unit we have ever seen! I would advise everyone to check it out if you are in need of a storage unit. The staff people are great as well. We will never use any other place!!!

THIEVES WELCOME! GATE WIDE OPEN! Pay for storage here if you want to get your unit broken into and things stolen. They never fix anything even when fees continue to go up, up, up, and away. ? Management DOES NOT CARE AND DOESN’T HIDE IT!

Poor security. Had a unit for less then 4 days and was broken into and had everything taken. Staff didnt do anything but say to file a clam to get it sorted out. I know this aint the first tike units have been broken into and they dont do anything to up the security of the facility
