Staff is friendly but they are woefully understaffed. Indoor storage here is yet again closed for the day ( 12:30 on a Saturday). Cannot recommend the indoor storage. Weekend RV plans are again derailed due to the indoor storage being inaccessible during the standard business hours.

As the prices continue to increase, now nearly $400/month, customer service continues to decline. I’m currently waiting for them to open to return my Motorhome. Evidently, the 9:30 opening time doesn’t mean much, as it’s currently 9:55 and doors are locked and the lights off. It’s extremely frustrating to pay this much, have to take time off of work to have access, and then sit around and wait because no one is here working.

They were sold last year and the new management made extreme changes to the lease. Not customer friendly. No longer able to make payment arrangements on past due balances. Full payment or bye-bye family heirlooms. I do not recommend.ED ... Once our unit was locked, an auction fee added and auction scheduled, we went to office on CR 113 to make a payment arrangement. We were denied that option. Payment in full demanded.

Staff very kind, courteous and professional. Have us the best deal and promotion. Units very clean and secure with locks and the property is gated so I feel my item are definitely safe. The offer both climate control and non-climate control which I was looking for. I would definitely use them again if needed.

First of all there was suppose to be a automatic gate with a key code but there wasn't secondly i couldn't find my unit cause they weren't labeled but I must say for the size and prise it's a good deal.

Staff is nice but they are understaffed. Technology does not seem to work well either. Sign up took a LONG time as computers were so slow. Completing electronic leases did not work -- software did not let me submit.Had to go to the office and fill them out on paper. Could not get door to storage unit open - it was jammed. Couldn't reach anyone on the phone, so had to go to office again. Units had not been swept out sufficiently. And today, 2+ weeks since I rented the units, my gate code still doesn't work although I've reported it multiple times.

After renting a truck, loading it and then arriving at the storage facility, I find that the gate code issued to me doesn't work. I have to take the truck load to my house, unload it in my garage so that I can return the rented truck. This was on a Saturday evening and you can not reach anyone until Monday morning at 9:00. I called Monday to find out that "they are having issues with issued code numbers not working". They had known this for 2 weeks! They gave me a temporary code to use for the balance of the month. Next trip there the temp code does work! finally we are granted access. Next problem is they gave me a 4 digit number for the unit that is to be mine. Problem being this number matches none of the markings on the buildings. Ended up finding a unlocked unit that was the size I rented so I took it.There was no offer to adjust my rent for the added expense we incurred or the day and a half of rental time we lost because of the gate code issue. This business is obviously operated off site and appears to be poorly managed.

When I called to reserve a storage unit I talked with LaKendra and she was very helpful and friendly. A follow up call a few days later was also very nice and friendly. I didn’t get her name though..

Price was fair, however entrance gait was not working and has been broke ever since first day...more attention to maintenance and security would be nice.
