I had lost my tax return from 2020, and Stacy was very helpful!!!! It took a little while, but she didn’t give up. She kept trying until she was able to get another copy for me! Don’t know what I would have done if it weren’t for her!! Very much appreciated!!

I had an appointment today at 12PM. I was there in time, however they were attending other people. As soon as I walked into the door no one acknowledged that a couple of others and myself were waiting. I was there for 15 minutes and I left. Not good business if there is no respect for those who have appointments.
