Im standing here at customer service waiting until 9:15 when the it opens at 8:30 . Im trying to pay an electric bill and the employee is working at her slowest. No one else to help her she just walked off and left us standing here. Yall need some new employees like really. I know you probably dont care but your employess working cs are sad examples of customer service

Kroger is still upholding Diversity Equity Inclusivity. Unlike Walmart. Got some excellent deals on groceries today. Diversity is our strength.

Just a bunch of lazy people not doing their job. Manager ignored employees and customers asking for help while on her phone. Most staff were old people falling asleep or on their phones. The only one that did his job was Rick and another woman who's name I couldn't catch.

It’s 10:30 am and the only lanes that are open is self check out. I asked if they were going to open up check out lanes and the worker said in 15 mins when someone gets back from break but all I see is 4 workers standing around. I wouldn’t have a problem self-checking out if I didn’t have my 1 year old with me and a million grocery items. Now we are just standing at the front of the store waiting for someone to check us out. Ridiculous!

Very impressed with the wide variety of name and quality Kroger brand. SUPER impressed with MISTY, the staffer assigned to the self check-out lanes. Besides helping me with a Kroger card and clearance items, she was quite adept when three registers needed tech help at the same time! All with a smile on her face and encouragement in her voice. I’ll be back!!

I decided to do my grocery shopping there this week because they had some good deals. But almost everything I wanted was already gone and was told it would be a week before they get anymore in. Very disappointed

Worst Kroger ever! Most sale items not available. Aisles blocked waste of time and energy looking for special displays. No fuel pumps. Dirty store.
No checkout lanes open! Refuse to use self checkout.
