Wow! after talking with two manager's and several employees it's really clear that no one knows what they are doing at Kroger. A simple flower order on the website is a nightmare and no one has a clue.

Worst pharmacy experience ever in 60+ years on this planet.
They sent notification that my heart meds would be ready last week Tuesday, this was after a week delay. Today is the following Monday and no meds. They couldn’t tell me what the ‘new’ delay was and refused to get a manager or supervisor. The pharmacist himself was rude, no empathy and belligerent.
While I was there I picked up a prescription that the Kroger notification said would be about $9, they told me in person that it was NOT processed through my insurance. $0.0 after they processed.
What is wrong with these people, time to change pharmacy again.

Please spend some money on shopping cart maintenance. It is difficult to find a good rolling cart. Bad wheels with chunks missing. Like pushing over a washboard. Or carts that pull to one side. Or one of the front wheels just spins around like a spinning ice skater. Noticed Sunday one customer pushing a loud grinding noise cart through the whole store. Embarrassing!

Don't order online from Kroger. They use a horrible app that hires a bunch of drug addicts. Here's a video from my experience. You can see the man picking up all the drinks and taking it

It's a sad affair .. we have shopped krogers for years ...we get the best value there but the service is horrible . Employees that don't care and management that cares less ...its becoming filthy as well ..the bathrooms are the dirtiest I have ever seen . I am talking about the sore on hively in Elkhart In . We are going to drive 15 miles out of our way to the Krogers in Goshen In ...Do not use the Hively Indiana store without a vomit bag .

There is no employee at the custom service for 30 minutes, customers have to wait for a long time. The service is terrible. I was forced to leave without waiting for the employee.

Horrible service! They never have anything and most of their "sale" items are overpriced. Go figure. Mega corporations price gouging as per usual **insert eye roll**.
That's not the only reason I am writing this review right now.
I just got done shopping at this kroger due to having to grab some things and I was in a time crunch so I reluctantly stopped into this particular store and shockingly they had a couple registers open with actual employees which I normally am always stuck with self checkout since they typically only have one cashier, if that even in the Elkhart IN Kroger locations. I wish I would have just waited in the long self checkout line if I knew the cashier was going to be in such a horrible mood and rude af to me.
I had water and some 2 liter sodas plus the deal for 4 6packs of coke products and I had 3 cokes and 1 ginger ale.
Right off the back, there was NO greeting of "Hi, how are you, Welcome to Kroger, etc" nor smile. She snapped at me right off the back saying I need to remove my 24pk of water off the belt. I had to ask what she meant since she I honestly didn't understand her at 1st and was quite shocked and put off with her attitude. Then she was crabbing about me putting more than one type of soda up on the belt. As if it was going to kill her to have to scan the damn thing. Lady, you chose to work at a store as a cashier. If you don't like it, get a new job! There are plenty of other places hiring. Or go work in the back and not deal with customers. She seen someone she knew as she was about done checking me out and she started talking all friendly to her "friendy friend" which was one of her kinds of people. Apparently she didn't like the way I looked or something. I was waiting for my receipt as she gabbed away to her friend. I am VERY disappointed in thus store and will NOT be back. I think I'll go to Martin's for now for my stuff. My significant other likes the generic soda so that's the only reason I go there since they don't sell any generic dr pepper at Martin's but they are clean, in stick and have a classier aesthetic than the trashy store that Kroger has become. I say boycott Kroger! They are terrible. All around!

This Kroger in Elkhart is the biggest I have been to. It was well stocked and clean.
