Pet friendly but not child friendly. I understand we have a pet friendly room but having shards and loose tile is unacceptable. Drain for bathroom sink is super slow.

Nice, clean hotel. Comfortable room and no problems with having a pet friendly room. We were put in a room near a door to take pet out and room was great. Even breakfast was great with warm foods and waffles and cereals. Nice clean area to eat.
Noteworthy details: We will plan on staying on our return trip. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice room with nice bathroom ,enough towels &amenities. Big TV . And clean. Good breakfast

This was a great find. The only staff i had the pleasure of meeting was the second shift gentleman. He was a delight, made check in a breeze. And is a super nice, personable person

The room was very clean and the bed was sooo comfortable. We kind of wanted to know what kind it was so we could get one at home! The front desk staff was super friendly and it was nice to meet the owner(?). He was very nice, as well. We were given fresh towels and bathroom supplies every day. The only thing I would “complain” about was the breakfast. I didn’t care for the eggs and there wasn’t a lot to choose from when I went down at about 8 am. The breakfast could have been stocked better throughout the morning. Just my opinion, though. I really enjoyed my stay here.
Rooms: Very clean and well stocked.
Safety: I felt very comfortable taking my pup out for walks any time of the day or night

Very pleased with our one night stay. 2 adults and 2 small dogs. Room was clean and everything worked. We would stay again. They put us right on the end, which made walking dogs easy.
Food and drinks: Lots of food options nearby.

We arrived to a very upbeat gentleman at the front desk, as we travel alot this was a very welcome experience. The gentleman was friendly and suggested a few places to eat and check out around the area as we were here for the Notre Dame game. Clean rooms and clean hotel very quiet as well which was great.

The rooms are beautiful and comfortable.
However, I was charged a room before being told I had to put down a deposit. They wouldn't refund the room. I ended up with two random amounts charged to my account for the supposed deposit. Told to call back if they weren't returned. I called. No call back. Corporate refused to help as well.
So, since Monday night, they've been sitting my money. All I did in the room was sleep for a one night emergency situation.

Ok...we've stayed here before, but never again. From the beginning...20 minutes to check in behind only one person. It was a total chat fest. In the room, the bed linens were spotted, the smoke-free room reeked, the shower was moldy or dirty as best and we had to go to the desk for soap. Breakfast was terrible. Lots of bananas available, but all were so old I would have only used them for baking at best. Other than that, eggs and biscuits. A few bagels with nothing to put on them and a total of 3 likely inedible mini-muffins. They're trying to pass this off as a 'healthy alternative'. Right. WiFi was PAINFULLY slow...I just gave up and used my cellphone. Lastly, they never turned on a single light out front in the entry way and parking lot. So much for security. Sketchy at best. Oh, BTW, if you're planning on staying on a Sunday night, bring your own food because all of the surrounding restaurants are closed.
Rooms: basically dirty
Safety: no lighting turned on whatsoever...crazy with travelers coming through with a car full of valuables out there.
Food and drinks: forget breakfast...and, btw, ALL of the restaurants in the area are closed on Sunday. Really?

Only there 1 night. Didn't have enough towels or coffee. Had to go to desk and have them unlock the pantry to get ice.

First off, the $781.76 for two nights was ridiculous.
1. The room smelled. We noticed as soon as we opened the door.
2. The room was a bit cold, so we tried to turn the heat and found the thermostat that read ERR. Tried to turn it on manually and as the heat came on the burning smell started so we turned it off and left it off for the two days we stayed.
3. The microwave was broken and wouldn’t rotate. When we did use it, we got a burning smell from it. Stopped for fear of causing a fire.
4. TV had only basic cable channels. No sports, like ESPN and others.
5. Battery cover on remote was missing.
6. Took off our shoes to find the carpet was soaking wet. So, for the rest of our stay, we had to keep our shoes on while in the room. Just as wet Sunday as it was on Friday.
7. We only found sugary cereals in all three choices in the Breakfast Bar. Could not get toaster to work, and no jelly or spreads for toast if we could.
Anyone giving better than a 2 star rating must have stayed somewhere else.
