Greg Slabach and Steven Bacon were absolutely amazing! Greg went out of his way to make sure I was able to get the car I wanted. Steven is so personable that he made signing papers fun. I took my Cadillac Escalade because the traction control service light came on, they charged me almost $1,200 dollars, and the truck is still the same, then I took it back and they told me that it would cost me $5,000 thousand dollars, and that possibly more, they have great care. People who read this, don't go to that place, I hope it helps,

I gave a one star rating and I wish I could give them a negative five as they completely deserve and earned it. First off they take forever to get your vehicle scheduled in for repair. By the time they can even work it in they are over a month wait. After you finally get the vehicle in they take the same or longer to get it back to you taking over a month. So, put this into perspective at least two months without a vehicle when most places take a week or less for both. They have sophisticated state of the art OEM diagnostic equipment and ASE certified mechanics. They can't locate a common problem a amateur shade tree mechanic with nothing more than instinct, raw talent and experience can quickly locate. They break and ruin good parts on the vehicle during disassembly to get at the target and problem areas. This wouldn't be a problem if they ate the mistake. They don't and charge the customer back the full amount for their tech's incompetence and laziness for not being more careful and using proven methods to get rusted or stuck parts off without damage. While keeping the vehicle for over a month, jacking around and jacking their jaws, they continue to find more things wrong that weren't specified on the original quote totaling several more thousand dollars in the end. They replace and throw away brand new parts that were just installed a few months prior to install their own while attempting to throw parts at it until they finally figure out what is wrong. Remember they have ASE certified techs and very expensive OEM sophisticated diagnostic equipment to pinpoint the exact source of the problem. The "extra" parts they wreck along the way and whatever they feel like changing out totals between $500 - $800 on the bill. Call me crazy but if you want to "guess" you do it with $25 -$50 parts.....not $600+ parts. That is what you are paying them for and them being professional. If you want to just be a "parts changer" you could easily do that yourself. So now after waiting months you have a vehicle that still has one of the major problems you originally brought it on for and you leaving with your wallet THOUSANDS lighter. Do not go here if you value honesty and work ethic. These people are con artists because a good professional doesn't legitimately keep making those kinds of costly mistakes. Amateurs with none of the diagnostic equipment or formal training can guess pretty close as to what the problem is. Actually the first suspected part was the ultimate culprit and these people wasted your hard earned money. Long story short is I will never go back in this lifetime. I'm surprised they are still open and nobody has filed a lawsuit against them yet. Life is too short...you don't need it or these people making life tougher for you.
