Loren is a great salesman! He was very helpful and honest, he found the best deal that fit us and was not pushy trying to upsell. The store was busy and he did a fantastic job of making every customer feel important while not making anyone wait for more than a few minutes at a time. We will definitely recommend anyone looking for a bed to go see Loren at mattress firm!

All around awesome experience! I had never been to a Mattress Firm before and I expected it to be boring, but Shanel was super nice and awesome and we had a kiiii. We were BEDUCATED!!! We learned a lot and she let us try multiple beds and explained everything in a way that made sense. Also a wide variety of pillows!

We went in twice before we made a decision. Both time got questions answered. Sales people were not pushy and let us try the beds. When we needed to ask questions they were there.

Went in to get some cooling pillows met Chanel. The lady that works there. She looked everything up found. What? I needed very pleased with the service. Very good customer service. Gonna go back and buy me an adjustable mattress frame.

The experience at this store has been great. We also pressure tested our initial purchase and replaced within the time frame. Both times the interactions were great and would recommend.
The only issue we had(not directly related to the store or mattressfirm) is the financial assistance through Synchrony bank. The payment process with synchrony SUCKS big time, always returned payments with no reason, charging return fees on top of that. Their updates on website are slower and they promise things will be fixed, next thing they charge more. This experience alone is very negative and turns away potential customers. Mattressfirm should rethink Synchrony being thier financial partners if they want more business. The matress and adjustable bed frame itself is great, along with the customer experience, but we would hesitate going in here if their financial partners are Synchrony.

My husband and I recently got married and we've been on the hunt of finding the right mattress. Sleep is very crucial for us both given our work schedules and the kind of jobs we have. We both agreed that the one thing we were going to invest in was a bed. We stopped by Mattress Firm last night and met Alessandro. He was great of explaining the difference of beds, shared his personal experience, and encouraged us to choose what is best for us. We thought we were going to just see mattresses last night, but Alessandro sold us an amazing package deal. We celebrated by eating at Wings Etc and we are SO thrilled to finally have a bed that we can finally sleep on. No hate on the air mattress, but it's time to move up. We highly recommend for anyone to stop in at this location and talk with Alessandro (:
