Very hard when there is no one at the facility when it says they are to be there. Than I was told the unit # I am paying for and after driving thru the facility several times I still have not found my unit. Very frustrating!!

We reserved and payed for a 10x24 unit that's what they had all of them in the system as turns out it was only a 8x24 so I got one of the people that work there he was very helpful and you pulled out all the paperwork and showed me on the pap

The girl that helped me when I went to move in my wifes classic car was so helpful because I didnt realize i had reserved an outdoor spot and she got me into a covered one right away.

Got there and the unit was too small. One phone call and a larger one was available and ready to utilize right across the drive. Didn't even need to move the truck.

I rented an inside and outside storage units. The outside storage unit got broken into and they didn't even notice until days later. When they called to tell me they didn't seem to care or even apologize. I would NOT suggest renting here. They state that they try to check on things twice weekly. And their security cameras don't cover all of the drives. If you do choose to rent from them get the insurance and don't put anything sentimental in them.
