I do not advise you to arrive earlier than 30 minutes before your appointed time. I arrived at 9:00, the appointed time was 11:00. They opened the door at 10:45. Unloading is slow.

My appointment was at 12:00pm for delivery but I got there 10:00am and checked in and checked out at 10:37am

After dealing with the incompetence of one of their competitors, MSC stepped up and had my initial order in my hands less than 24 hours after the order was placed. A second order placed the next day for additional quantities of the same part was here about 12 hours after I ordered it. To have a turnaround time of less than 36 hours for two separate orders is phenomenal customer service. I won't hesitate to order from MSC again in the future.

Definitely strict on your appointment time so beware come no more than 30mins early. Got a door and was out within a hr no complaints.

The receiving department sucks they are RUDE, SLOW, and, UNORGANIZED and Jeremy is rude and disrespectful he claims I dont have an appointment even though I do and claim there so busy they can not work me in there is only one truck here and it's been being unloaded for hours now 5 open docks in reciving but claim they are so busy lazy people here 6 hours later admitted that I had an 6am appointment and they just forgot to put it on the schedule they are d*** as a box of rocks if you can dont take a load going here you will be very disappointed update 7 months later still the same they do not respect appointments you go inside to see what's going on and they are moving like snails

MSC was 1 mile from my work site. After driving to location, and speaking to will call counter guy , I called Fastenal and drove across town to pick up the tap. I'll just skip MSC in the future.

I spent several days looking for 12-24 threaded rod. Almost no one carries it. I searched hardware stores, auto part stores, etc. Amazon had it, but with a 2 week shipping window. Then I found MSC, they had it in stock and told me they could overnight it to me for $12. It is hard to believe, but it was sitting on my porch the next day! MSC is exactly the kind of business a consumer wants to deal with!

Needed 12-24 threaded rod ASAP. This is a difficult item to find. We couldn't find it in Home Depot, Lowe's, Fastenal, auto part stores, etc. Found it on Amazon, but with a 2 week shipping time. Found it on the MSC website, in stock. I called to verify. They did have it in stock and overnight shipping was only $12.00, which is amazing! It was sitting on my porch the next day! This the kind of business that a consumer wants to do business with.
