I have had this bank since it switched over. They have always been helpful and work with you the best they can. You get updated when there is an unusual transaction. The only thing is when someone does hack you it takes 7 to 10 business days to get another card. Customer service has always been friendly and helpful.

This bank is fraudulent. They charge a $37 even if your account is not overdrafted. I wish I would’ve read reviews prior to opening this account but I have gotten a lawyer involved and they will see a class action lawsuit!

They let you get hacked and don't even care. They are rude and give you wrong information. They only care about getting money themselves even at your expense. Do not Bank there
