I went here to exchange a ripped $20, in which I had over 80% of the bill. They said they couldn't exchange it because I didn't have a account with them! This is not a bank I will ever return to that's for sure. Key stone bank even said they should have accepted my bill as well. Which is why keystone is #1!

I'm generally a patient person & I have been banking at Old National on Main Street since before it was Old National. I'm not sure if it is their computer system, but their drive-thru is the slowest. I also bank at Lake City Bank in Elkhart & every drive-thru location I go to is super speedy

Well, it is a good bank and its staff is excellent and they speak very good Spanish.

Everytime I work with this location I a have a great experience, a plethora of great staff members Lily especially is alot of help she treats me and my staff wonderfully everytime we pass through. Please take care of the employees like her they are the reason businesses like mine bank with old national!!!!
