United Rentals storage units are always clean and in good condition. They are very good at communicating with us on the rental, delivery and pickup. The App is a nice, convenient touch .

Dealing with Dennis is very good. He's direct and gets things moving quick and on time. The Delivery drivers are well kept and very customer concerned and courteous. Chris and I can't remember the other guys name.... always prompt and efficient with smiles on their face and good clean conversation....
