I enjoy Allstate, and especially Patrick Mulroy, as my insurance company. He is always quick to answer the phone, and quick to give me the best rate. He never fails to help me out. Like when I was stuck in the BMV because I forgot to switch my insurance from one vehicle to another, he answered the phone personally immediately and I was able to get it taken care of in minutes. I didn’t have to leave and go back. He sent all my proof straight through and I was able to show them so I could get my new plates and registration.

I absolutely love getting a personal Agent… One where you can call & personally talk to, who knows & remembers who you are & it’s the same person… I’d pay a little more for insurance just to get that one on one personal contact… absolutely cannot stand push this button for this that & the other thing & have to talk to 42 different people to get what department you need… no thank you…

Pat Mulroy has always been there for us and it has been a pleasure working with him. He always keeps in touch. We had a problem yesterday though. We were involved in a collision and were unable to contact anyone since it happened on a Saturday. We were directed to an after hours Allstate number after calling Pat's number but they just told us to call back during normal business hours. Our car had been towed and we needed to have arrangements made for a rental car to get us home. Fortunately our son was able to step in and help.
