“I really like this location. Very clean place and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Paw mart is one of the last local pet stores that sell feeder mice! Which is great because it saves me from having to travel to southbound. I buy a lot of feeder insects for my reptiles here as well and have never gotten dead or rotting insects in my bags. This speaks to the cleanliness of the enclosures and overall environment. Their products are always clean and alive. What more could you ask for from a pet store?!”

“I could not recommend Northside more! As a beginner hoping to keep my first betta fish, I was really struggling to cycle my tank. Northside staff were so kind and explained the process to me and made sure I left with what I needed to cycle my tank. What really impressed me was the quality of the fish and the ethics of the owner. He does not keep betta fish in cups, but instead orders one or two at a time and keeps them in individual tanks. You may have to wait longer to get your betta if they need to be ordered, but I would rather take home a healthy, happy fish and support someone who treats these animals the right way.
