I brought my dog for a scheduled photo with Santa. I know it's free but it could have been better as far as the decor, looked like a quick job, Santa wasn't very interacting with my dog. Girl taking photo wasn't very centered and unorganized. Again, I know it was free but I did buy while I was in there, which i know is the point. They did try but I just thought it could have been much better. My opinion, I wouldn't do it again.
However, I do shop at this store and they are helpful and nice. The store is clean and organized. I give the store 4 stars

Good selection of supplies but staff seemed to hide from or avoid customers. Long wait at registers. But that seems to be everywhere these days.

I come in because this location is closest to me. They have a sign that says Tuesday and Thursday they get crickets in. I am always struggling to get the amount or size I need here. Seems like the shipment is always late or they are completely out. If they are running out this often the ordering manager needs to order more so they can last until the next shipment.

Not too happy with this PetSmart. I’ve been going here prolly about 10 years straight for leashes, harnesses, dog wash, crickets fish stuff etc. spent so much money at the cr 6 one. Today I bought wax worms and I understand that when they are “cold” refrigerated they go into a “hibernation” so checking the worms at the store wouldn’t matter bc again they are refrigerated.. I get all the way home do a couple of things around the house before feeding my lizard and the worms still aren’t moving and no I haven’t had them in the fridge. So I call to see if there’s anything they can do and I let them know I completely separated them all. I bought a 50 count of worms and had 32 dead worms. That’s over half of the worms obviously. 5 dollars isn’t that much but 5 dollars is 5 dollars. So the lady let me know that usually feeder food isn’t refundable but this one time she will switch it for free no problem thank you so much. I go back to the store for them swap them out and get even more dead worms. Last time I will spend my money there.
