“Auto center helped me when another Walmart refused me service. Got a tire repaired and a new battery installed. Battery was on sale. The staff was professional and polite. The manager was present. And the time wait was fair and reasonable.
On a side note, Walmart on Ireland SB needs to get it together!”

“Store was clean, well organized, shelves were well stocked and prices were easy to read. The only bad thing is a few "sale" tags were a little confusing so be careful while reading them. They look like money off but they are actually dollars to use next time you shop. So buyer beware in that aspect.”

“Always polite staff and pharmacists. Notified prescriptions ready by text and an occasional long line that tends to move generally swift. Pharmacist went the extra mile and moved all my and fathers prescriptions from a mail order pharmacy that was inconsistent with delivery.”

“Of all the area pharmacies this one is the BEST!! They are all very helpful and polite. I understand with strict rules and one pharmacist on duty, they have to close for lunch hour. Their main pharmacist, Brendon, is very nice and spends time to educate and listen.”

“Been shopping at this Kroger for years and have always been satisfied. Today, I forgot an item in my cart when I left the store and had to return.I don't have names, but the gentleman in the tue dye shirt was of great help. He steered me to the cashier and as soon as she saw me, she knew exactly why I was there. Hats off to both of them.However, before I got to the cashier, tie dye guy brought over a manager to talk to me. She was an older lady (not the younger lady) and she proceeded to tell me they "we can't just give things away, and that I LEFT it at the store."When I asked if they could review the video surveillance, she told me the same thing. Her customer service is not even worthy of a half star rating.What she SHOULD have done was told me they would review the video, contact their corporate offices for a final determination. She instead, chose to place blame on, and then dismiss me.Again, thanks to tie dye guy for stepping into the role of their inconsiderate manager (older lady, not younger) and leading me to the cashier.”

“Last weekend I became ill. I had to go to an Urgent Care, not something I would normally do, but I couldn't wait for my doctor to open on Monday. After leaving the urgent care, I had to get scripts filled, my normal pharmacy wouldn't be able to get it done until after 2 pm the next day. I was not well, in pain, grouchy, it hurt to stand for long, couldn't get comfy. I didn't want to wait another day for my scripts. We went to CVS on Hively, they filled my prescription very quickly, less than 30 minutes. Not only was my prescription filled quickly, but the pharmacist and other employees are all so kind and respectful. It was a really good experience. It's so rare to find good service and good kind people these days. I highly reccomend going here. This place stood out so much because of their kindness & impecable service that's why I decided a week later, now that I'm feeling better, to make certain I write this review. When you don't feel well, service like I recieved can make all the difference. Thank you CVS on Hively.”

“Jonnie in the pharmacy made our day when she went the extra mile to research my husband’s prescription. She saved us over $900 every three months. We hope for nothing but wonderful things for her!!
We are, however, perplexed as to why none of the other people we’ve spoken to about this particular prescription was able to share the same information with us. The two of us have made multiple trips into the store over the last week.

“After reading the Google reviews I'm compelled as a monthly 19 year Pharmacy customer to give more than a "snapshot" of the current environment at CVS. The new Manager has completely changed the atmosphere in the store to a very positive one. He is the 1st Manager I've ever seen "on the floor". He greets as many customers as possible, has a fantastic attitude and he directly supports his staff to ensure a positive customer experience. The ladies in the Pharmacy are extremely efficient at transactions. Also, they're friendly and patient with all customers.
The feeling of goodwill that the new manager exudes has caused me to regularly start shopping in the store. It's my new "go to" place and I now shop almost all departments. There is a very serious issue regarding the Pharmacy manager. When 1 person can and does destroy the reputation of an otherwise fantastic CVS store and staff it's time to take immediate action!”
