With any RV there are always things that go wrong at some point but, Phoenix stands behind their product and makes sure you are taken care of! We love our 2020 TRX and is a great unit! Nothing even compares.

As a service manager for an RV dealership, I have dealt with my share of manufacturers. Dave Ponsler is by far the best at what he does.
