Initially I was impressed with the ease of ordering and fast shipping. Two orders of 24oz Gunmetal color and they are nowhere near the same color. The lady in customer service insisted that both carpets are the same grade just a different dye lot from the manufacturer. So I'm left with a 2-toned boat or removing and ordering elsewhere? Based on this experience it'll be the last order placed with them, no real clarity on what may or may not be done based on conversation with customer service.

Your search is over, this is the company you want to do business with. Remember the good old days when a company really valued the customer and did what's right, well here you have it! I had an issue with my order and thought here we go again. These people immediately made it right and didn't mess around. Mallory with customer service fixed the issue immediately and in no time I was a very happy boater. She listened and took action quickly, no headache, no frustration no drawn out process. Great quality products, excellent customer service from a company that takes care of their customers. Thanks again Mallory for your dedication not only to your customers but to your employer.

I have purchased items from pontoonstuff twice and both times there has been something wrong with the order. The 1st time they were helpful and sent the replacement pieces. The 2nd time they blamed the manufacturer for not providing the advertised hardware. Pontoonstuff knew that the hardware had changed but did not updated the site, again blaming the manufacturer. I wouldn't have purchased the item if I would have seen the cheap hardware sent. The items I purchased were of good quality, but the issues with what I was supposed to receive compared to what I should have lowers the rating.

PontoonStuff is a great company & has a great customer service area. William Anderson was a great help and did us good. He was courteous & quick to respond to any questions we had. Once purchased we received all of the seats for our pontoon within two days.

I have been buying from them for years now as a business, our customer service representative is Kareen. She is amazing and I recommend that she should be promoted to general manager because she is 1 in a million. I recommend pontoon stuff for anyone who is interested in redoing their pontoon or tritoon.

I’ve ordered multiple times, from pontoon fencing to vent covers. They’ve always shipped everything super quickly. They helped me layout my fencing project. They’ve also replaced a panel when it was damaged during shipping. No questions, no fuss. They have always gone above and beyond when I’ve ordered. I will always look to them first if I’m buying boat materials.
