“Great experience here. Barbara was kind, knowledgeable and helpful, even her voice was joyful! The lobby was clean and comfortable and I was in and out in no time at all.”

“Best post office around besides Mishawaka (maybe). Always polite, great service - only downside is the hours of operation, but you can’t hold it against them that nobody wants to work!”

“I've honestly had nothing but good experiences here. I wish the lobby stayed open a little later, but I can hardly hold that against the front-facing employees.”

“I had a wonderful experience with the staff. I came in for a walk-in passport appointment only to find out. They did not have those hours anymore and they graciously helped me anyway. They didn’t have to do that and I am very, very thankful.”

“I appreciate my local post office in Goshen IN. The staff aren’t rude to me, and they do everything to help you with your postal needs. I will say they are customer service representatives and a couple of them I had a negative experience with, but after reaching out for management, things got better. I have a PO Box there for about 2 years now, I receive all my packages, they know my face & often will have my packages ready soon as I walk in line. I appreciate them for all they do. There have to deal with different people, with all types of moods, attitudes, questions, so their jobs aren’t always easy peasy. They’re also understaffed like many businesses and they have to give everyone their turn, some people have a lot of questions, some people may be visiting for the 1st time, people need stamps, passports, and I highly recommend you make an appointment for your passport service, when people don’t make an appointment, that can hold up the line or take on employee 20 minutes to process, especially if the customer doesn’t have all the necessary paperwork or has a language barrier. So chill if you are anxious and thinking it’s an in/out service. Try telling them thanks sometimes or buying them a meal, during the holidays, it’s common knowledge to expect it to be busy, you’re not the only person in the world & it doesn’t revolves around you either.
