We cancelled our policy 03/19. Turns out they’ve been charging us for TWO home owners policies since March. It’s now almost June. The lady over the phone refused to refund me for those months UNLESS I had proof. Which I do I provided those call logs same day and have yet to hear back.
We were loyal customers and I’ve never felt so taken advantage of. They can be very prompt and responsive when getting your policy and taking your money, miraculous how no one can reply when THEY OWE YOU almost 4,000$.
I will give it another 24 hours. If I haven’t received any correspondence in relation to my refund I will consult an attorney and pursue this matter both in court and with the BBB. This is absolutely outrageous. Who in their right mind would pay 10,000$ for two insurance polices on the same 125 year old house?!?!?
The answer: no one. State Farm is GREEDY , and doesn’t want to give us our funds back. We acknowledge what we owe and are HAPPY to pay that. However, we won’t pay for someone else’s mistakes, nor will we pocket this.
Thanks to them, our escrow account is short and they have raised our mortgage by 363$ monthly.
I hope someone makes this right, or I will make it my mission to be heard!

We moved to the area 3 years ago and needed new insurance. I called around comparing rates and they were the best around. Dina is absolutely the best! My vehicle was stolen last year and she made the stressful process run so smoothly. She goes out of her way to help anytime something comes up. Anytime I call the staff is always so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I have been a long time State Farm client, but when my original agent retired and my policies were transferred to Rachel Wain’s office, I hit the jackpot!! Rachel, Dina, and Kelly provide awesome customer service! They never make you feel like you are bothering them, they go the extra mile. I feel like family whenever I call or visit the office. I also find State Farm’s pricing to be very competitive.

I’ve been with Rachel and State Farm for 11 years now and I couldn’t be happier with my insurance! Rachel and Dina go above and beyond to make sure I’m getting every discount available while still providing excellent coverage. I know the moment I have any questions or issues I can call up to the office and they’ll do whatever they can to help. Calling them is like talking to an old friend-they remember where I work, ask about how family is doing, crack jokes, all the while helping me with insurance. I could laugh and joke with Dina all day and it would never get old!
