The delivery guys for us did an awesome job. They were very professional and made sure everything was right before leaving. We changed our minds about where the couch was placed and they were there to change it for us and to make sure we were happy before they left. Thank you so much!

They delivered my LG refrigerator and installed the water line to it. They were reckless in pushing the copper water line down to the basement ceiling and broke it that caused the water leak in my basement. I had to work with Costco to submit a damage claim with all supporting docs provided and it has been two weeks but the case is still pending. The cost of water leak damage was merely $715 so please do the right thing! I am surprised that Costco doing business with such low standard company. For some reason Google erred out my photos upload.

The crew who came down to deliver and install our dishwasher clearly not willing to work. They lied and said that the bottom of our dishwasher was full of water. It was not! I had to call our handyman who installed it without any problem.
I would never recommend this business to anyone.
We still haven't received our refund

Our dishwasher removal & install was a dangerous disaster! We worked with the division in Richmond, VA, and had an awful experience. The two techs who worked on our install proved to be reckless, dishonest, and incompetent. When the techs tried to remove the old dishwasher, they yanked on our hardwired unit, causing sparks to fly everywhere. They did not ask or seek to determine if it was hard-wired prior to their attempt to yank it out. I was concerned we might have a fire at that point. During the removal process, they damaged our countertop and afterward repeatedly lied, saying the damage was already there, but had been hidden by the previous dishwasher. We have a photograph showing this was not possible. The techs installed the unit incorrectly the first time by wiring it incorrectly. They had to take out the unit and rewire it. However, when they asked us to review the install and were preparing to leave, it was obvious that the unit was misaligned and crooked. When we were examining the angle of installation at the base of the unit, the primary tech, Tony, got scared about us being near the base & said, “I don’t want you to get electrocuted!” Ultimately, they left the dishwasher installed at an angle, causing the door of the dishwasher to not close smoothly as it gets hindered by the pressure from contact with a cabinet to its side. Their suggestion was to call GE to see if they could send someone out to fix it. Other concerns about the install techs include, but are not limited to, the fact that senior tech repeatedly complained that the damage to the counter would come out of his paycheck, that he repeatedly lied, that the techs left their box truck running outside for the entire time they were here (almost 3 hours) while parked in a lane of busy traffic, and that one of the techs smelled of marijuana when they arrived at around 2 p.m. I have serious concerns about their competence and integrity.
Update one week after initial installation: Today, July 18, two new techs came out with a supervisor to evaluate the electrical aspect of the install and make adjustments to the alignment. They checked the wiring to determine everything was safe, and they reinstalled the dishwasher to correct the alignment issue. They worked efficiently and were very helpful. We appreciate their efforts to help resolve these two issues. In regards to the countertop damage, a claims adjustor from the company has been in touch, and we are in the process of gathering the estimates and additional information they have requested to move forward with the claim. I will update again once this has reached its resolution.

I have never had this many issues with trying to get a delivery in my life. I ordered a sectional from Wayfair that comes in two boxes and unfortunately they use RAS in grayling, MI to do their deliveries. My delivery was first scheduled and confirmed for delivery on June 7th, the delivery truck showed up and they didn’t have my sectional on the truck. I was essentially told from Wayfair that RAS had lost one of the packages and they only had one box, neither myself or Wayfair can really ever get ahold of anyone from any number listed for RAS. Several weeks go by of scheduled deliveries, rescheduling deliveries due to lack of room on their trucks despite my sectional being marked an high priority after weeks of delays, and still no sectional. I finally got ahold of someone from the Grayling warehouse and she confirmed to me that she was physically looking at both packages of my sectional in their warehouse. Several weeks later of scheduled deliveries, more no shows, and an extreme lack of communication, they finally call me on the Fourth of July and confirm they are on their way with both boxes of my sectional, they arrive and only deliver one box. So I am stuck with half of my sectional and zero word from RAS and no way to reach them when they won’t answer the phone. Wayfair has been gracious enough to send me a whole new sectional but again, unfortunately it is supposed to be delivered from RAS and the same warehouse, so I do not have high hopes.

This company is a complete disaster. If you’re even thinking about doing business with them — don’t.
No one answers the phone. No one listens to voicemails. Communication is non-existent. My delivery was delayed FIVE times, and every time I was left in the dark. I had no clue if or when my order would ever show up. It got so bad, the company I ordered from had to refund me because even they gave up hope it would arrive.
I called, I texted, I told them NOT to deliver — because I had already sourced the products elsewhere. So what did they do? Over a month later, they dumped three 100-pound packages at my front door. Now I’m stuck with them, and they’ve gone completely radio silent.
This company is a logistics nightmare, and a total joke when it comes to customer service. If you value your time, money, or sanity — run the other way. They should not be in business.

We were having a sofa delivered to our cottage (3 hour drive) on June 11. They gave us a 12 hour window for delivery. They never showed up, nor did they call. I tried calling the company (twice) but only got a recording. I left a message and my phone number, but no response. On Friday, Wayfair got a hold of RAS and a new delivery date is scheduled for July 2. We'll see.
Terrible communication skills!

We had some issues with our delivery updates and reaching customer service. Once the company caught wind of this, they reached out to me to make sure I knew what was going on with my order, and has since been very reliable.
