I went at the sorg jewelry in CR 17 the owner is so arrogant. Made me feel super uncomfortable. Went there because some of my colleagues in the insurance industry recommended. I’m traveling in a couple months and I was looking for rings to go with my moissanite stone, .because I don’t want to travel overseas with real diamonds. He was comparing my kind of car that he mistakenly thought I was driving. Toyota. Like I’m cheap and couldn’t afford his rings To make the story short I went to Kay Jewelry and bought a real diamonds band.This guy needs customer service classes people not always remember what you said, but they will remember how you made them feel. That’s why I don’t support local businesses. I left that place curse it in the name of Jesus and move on! Pride comes before the fall!

One of the best places to go for jewelry! They treated me great even though I didn’t have much money to spend on a big diamonds! Still treated me like a million dollar customer thanks! I think the guy is named Darren

Absolutely Phenomenal Company to work with. Diana, and Darin went Above and Beyond to get us the PERFECT custom ring. We could not be happier with finished product. There Customer service and Quality is impeccable. Every time I've entered this store, I'm greeted by staff who are friendly and helpful. I recently had a stone come out of a ring and I knew I right where to go. They've repaired an antique pocket watch and other fine jewelry for me. I feel safe knowing they'll complete the work in house on my rings and they always return to me in excellent condition. Sorg is my go-to for jewelry and watch repair.

I can count on one hand the times in my life I have walked into one place to shop, and left with zero ambition to shop anywhere else! Darin helped me pick out an engagement ring and the customer service was flawless. He answered all my questions honestly with no pressure, was extremely patient as I am clueless about jewelry, and very personable. He needs to give customer service lessons on the side so he can help out the other 90% of businesses out there that lack now days.

I've made multiple purchases at the CR 17 Sorg Jewelers location, including my Wife's engagement/wedding rings. Darin Sorg was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I'm a jewelry novice and not a quick decision maker...so I had a lot of questions. Darin expressed patience, thoughtfulness, and understanding from beginning to end. He never rushed me and allowed me to move at my own pace. Darin is genuine, kind, funny, and a pleasure to be around. My interactions with the rest of his staff have been pleasant as well. Highly recommended.

Sorg Jewelers on 17 is the ONLY place I will go for anything jewelry and jewelry-related. The staff and jewelers have an attitude of can-do, will-do. I’m sitting in my car having just excited Sorg; I want to be sure to get this review written. This is a business that is driven by MORE than the “bottom line” of profit. After every visit I feel better than when I walked in. THANK YOU to all staff!

I went in the week of Christmas to buy a few charms for a Christmas gift. The woman who helped me was kind and helped me locate the right kind of bracelet charms I needed. The problem I had with my experience was that the charms I was looking at were located by the very end of the counter where the register was and it also happened to be where the sales persons entrance to the back. There is a heavy swinging door there that at first I didn’t notice. As I was browsing the charm selection another sales person walked through the entrance quickly. The door swung back and hit me. At first I didn’t realize what had smacked my side but quickly figured it out. I tried to move away enough from the door but the charms were right on the edge. That same sales woman kept walking back behind the counter and each time the door hit me. She never apologized or even looked back at me. The sales woman who was helping me saw it happen and she never asked if I was okay or asked the other sales person to be more careful walking through the door. The last time the sales woman went through the door she had a customer she was helping follow her. The customer carefully guided the door back so it wouldn’t hit me. I was very grateful and verified to me that I was quite visible to those passing through the door. Your staff should be ashamed this happened to a customer and I hope in the future you don’t allow this to happen again.

the lady that helped me was not personable at all. She was very short and borderline rude with me. I wanted to know if my great grandmothers ring was a white diamond and the diamond guy in the back said no, just that it was a low quality high fluorescence diamond. She said that if I put the diamond under a black light it would glow, but the guy in the back didn’t even check to see if it was glowing because I watched him through the window. I went to Images jewelers the same day and they looked around the store for a handheld black light so they could show me that the people at Sorg were wrong. the diamond didn’t glow. They confirmed it was a white diamond. They were also able to measure the worth of a tennis bracelet I had on. Sorg told me if I wanted an appraisal I would have to leave my jewelry. I understandably was not going to leave my great grandmothers priceless wedding ring and white gold diamond tennis bracelet with someone as unkind as that woman.

Using a picture I had of the ring. They helped me pick out a matching setting. I provided some stones I had & John a master of his trade

I took a necklace in for repair that I had purchased at another store. Jocelyn helped me figure out how to fix it and she was so nice and helpful, I had no idea they would be sooo nice! Then in one day turnaround I got it back restored and rhodium plated. They also have a really nice case for it when they gave it back to me. The master jeweler John E. is a sweetheart and very talented and I would recommend him and Sorg Jewelers to everyone that asks about my beautiful necklace! Thank you!
