I was given a number of options for rental at locations nearby. I needed to verify our needs and when. I called back and left a message I was contacted in a timely manner and the transaction was handled very professionally. I was actually given a gate code missing one number. When my son tried to enter the facility with the code I had texted him, it was incorrect and I was immediately notified. The code discrepancy was found and I was able to meet him there and gain access. A bit of a glitch but it did confirm for me that security is taken seriously - and that is a good thing. Facility is clean and in a safe location.

Christy was amazing and so informative. She gave us a tour of the property, and even included our children to make it fun for them. I feel our vehicles will be stored well with the management team at SROA! No hassles, easy process, and friendly managers.

Not secure, not well maintained, and price has gone up three times in the past year. Was better when it was Staylock.**UPDATE: Called the number provided, they had no idea what I was talking about. Krista, the district manager who called me, was given a message to call me back. No call back.**As you can see in the photos, there's a big hole in the fence that has been there for months now, a unit is crashed into, the weeds have clearly not been taken care of, yet the price keeps getting raised. There are cameras on one section of a single row of units and that's it.Our unit got broken into, and we were told someone would contact us back but they never did. We filed a police report, not because anything of value was stolen, but because we just wanted there to be a report of theft on file. Don't store here, there are plenty of other places that are less expensive, and much better managed and maintained.
