Been calling for 3 days now to speak to someone. Everything that I have called (6-7 times each day) I am on hold for over 30 minutes waiting for a representative to pick up. No one ever does so I just hang up. Ever since Everwise has taken over the service has really gone down hill and literally sucks.

Been trying to call Everwise to make an appointment to discuss my account. And no one is answering I tried three different branch’s. Before TCU use to answer immediately. What’s going on? I also drove to one of those branches and asked if I could get an appointment and completely ignored me . They just handed my withdraw and out the door.

I have had the best experience here with customer service! The manager, Leslie, is so interactive and helpful, she is truly the best. The customer service that Leslie provides is the only reason I still bank with TCU.

I use to recommend TCU bank to family and friends but we are embarrassed to anymore. After almost 15 years of banking relationship I will be pulling my business and personal accounts from TCU. It has everything to do with how the manager and assistant manager treated my wife over a check she tried to deposit into our account. Also note we have put checks from this same business into our account 2 times with zero hassles. But today the manager wanted to be rude and act like she doesn’t know how to speak to people. I would not recommend this bank to my worst enemy. Side note these feelings are directed towards this branch only.

I have been a life long member at TCU. My whole family banks here, and I have always been very loyal to the bank. However this past year the customer service at the cr 6 location has been awful!! The way I was treated today by the manager and assistant manger was a shame. I contacted the district manager she was VERY kind and got it handle. However when I went back in after the DM had to contact the store manager. They were still rude. The manager wouldn’t even speak to me! I’m so sad because I have loved TCU however no one deserves to be treated the way I was. After 10 plus years of banking here, we will leaving. You know the management is bad when other employees have come up to you and help you, and tell you she is wrong. Hopefully they do something about the awful management at this location.

The person helping me was Erika and she spoke to me as if I was a child and just seemed confused about many of the questions I had. I ended up talking to another employee that was able to answer my questions and speak to me as an adult.

3 drive thru lanes and no movement for 20-30 minutes. Ridiculous staff. Start honking horns while in the drive thru.

Terrible service, long lines, confused staff. I don't know what happened over the years, but this bank is terrible now. I have since switched to a new bank.

TCU is an incompetent company that's passes off their issues to their clients. My dad passed and I was left with his 2013 Chevy Cruze with only 70k miles. Due to TCU's clarical errors I still can't drive the car or register it. The car has sat since last March due to TCU's errors and now I'm stuck with a 5k dollar loan on a vehicle that won't even run. I'll be seeking legal ramifications
