This is the right place. Staff are friendly and very knowledgable on all things related to trucking. I learned a lot in one visit, and prices are great compared to a certain other shop in Elkhart. It’s a relief to know there are still decent people out there. 5/5 for real.

These guys did my 2005 dodge back in 2005. I put 8,445000 miles on it never did I have one problem with the work they did. They did my 2012 dodge and it's now 2023 and again not one problem

Customer service was decent, however they sell parts at a significant markup. I just needed a goose plate for fifth wheel rails in a pinch. It pins into the rails using four pins, and that install takes all of 10 seconds. No idea if I was charged install or not as a third party was dealing with the purchase for me. The bill was $200. You can get the exact same plate from that very large online retailer we all know for $120 after taxes, next day free shipping. That’s a 66% markup. If you’re absolutely unable to source parts or have no idea how to do basic installs, this is perhaps a friendly place to come to. Just know, you’ll be paying a large premium on parts.
