Customer service was great and end product was Fabulous!!!
Our office moved to a new location with dramatically different decor. Our staff loved the prints from our previous office but they had a very dated look.
I talked with the the owner of Thompson's about new office decor and he worked with me to bring the prints to life for our new space.
What a great job!!
I highly recommend. I will use again for business and personal framing.

Jason does an amazing job from concept to completion. He worked with me to go over various options and styles with patience. His turnaround time was great and walking in to the shop to see it on the wall ready for pickup was awesome. The matte and miters were flawless. It had protective corner guards and wrap around it, which was awesome to protect it during transit. Cannot recommend his work enough. Thanks for the good work!

Jason did a great job on our pieces. He spent over an hour with us finding the perfect frames and mats. He was clear on the price and timeline, and communicated well while he was working on them. The final products looked like they belonged in a gallery. Strongly recommend.

Jason was wonderful to work with. He listed carefully and asked good questions - a good collaborator! He had creative suggestions for solving a difficult framing job. And recommended an excellent matting option for another piece. He bent over backwards to finish that piece so that I could give it on time as a gift! I'll be going back with other framing projects. I put off getting some certificates framed for awhile. After seeing the finished product, I wish I would have done it much sooner! Jason was really helpful in picking out the frame style and background. I was very impressed by his craftsmanship.

Recently I wanted to frame some special pictures for my wife's birthday. I went to a couple of the big box stores to get pricing and a time frame. I quickly realized there was no way I would have this gift ready for her birthday. Then a friend recommended Thompson Gallery. This was a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Jason cares for his customers and puts a lot of emphasis on the art, frame in all. I was able to turn my art in and Jason worked hard to get it done for my wife, the week of Thanksgiving. Buy local people! Jason was awesome to work with, he cared, he stayed late so my wife could get her present on time. I can't say enough. I have 2 more pieces that need framed and I will absolutely use Thompson Gallery again.Thanks Jason!

Seriously the best place ever! I dropped off a very important to me picture to be framed and not only did Jason make me feel 100x more excited about the whole project but he also made me feel like he was just as excited about it too!! I knew it would turn out perfect and it did! Not to mention how quickly he was able to turn it around! 10/10!
