My RV bought in April 2025 is at the dealer for warranty repairs since e/o August. For massive problems (e.g. rear gate of toyhauler not opening) still authorization for repair is pending. Thor is simply not replying to my our the dealer's request.

They simply do not fulfill their warranty obligations.
