“If you ask customers and manufacturers in the Elkhart area for recommendations on where to go for any hitch related issues, most if not all will say Dan’s Hitch/Dan’s Service Center and for good reason. They know what they are doing. They are knowledgeable and professional and in this writer’s opinion will do what ever they can to fix a problem even if one doesn’t have an appointment. We have used Dan’s on several occasions over the past 10 years; the most recent being yesterday. We called on Wednesday to ask if they could diagnose and hopefully fix a problem with our tow vehicle. Although we didn’t have an appointment, they found a slot for us yesterday and within an hour determined what the problem was and fixed it. One last thing about Dan’s, he is not in business to be your best friend, but he is in business to fix your problem and get you back on the road. And in this regard, the owner responds very well to a principle of patience and kindness. Show patience and kindness towards the owner and he will respond in a similar manner. That principle really does work at Dan’s.”

“I have made a few calls before I called Moore's and they weren't pleasant, two of the major things we're is that one sent me a link to approve that I didn't trust and the other is that they both we're going to charge me twice as much as what it cost me for Moore's to tow my car. I new that it was a weekend and the prices would be a bit more but nothing like what they were trying to get me for, the calls took a while too to get an estimate out of them but all it took is one call and that call was to Moore's, dispatch took my call and had a fair price within a couple minutes and was the nicest people that I've ever called for a tow. Lucas the tow truck driver was there a lot faster than I expected for him to be, he was friendly and perfeshanol. If you fun a business and want your customers to return then you need people like the lady on dispatch and Lucas the tow truck operator, I will be sending there number to my place of employment and friends and family.”

“I had to call a tow truck to get my son's truck out of a ditch at 12:00AM. Toms answered right away and made it to our location within 45 minutes. Our driver Lincoln was nice. Though there were some hiccups, Lincoln and his co worker got the job done. Great job guys.”
