The customer service experience was great our front desk agent both night auditors was kind and friendly, along with other front desk agents I had to notified the hotel we’re coming in late due of a long roadtrip everyone was great!

Once again, the problem with budget hotels is the other people staying at them.
I knew we were in for loudness when the young man at check in was proud/happy about the huge parties that happen in the lobby at night. My bad that we didn’t immediately ask for a room upstairs. So, it was very loud on the ground floor. Especially with people hanging out near the pool table/in the “cool” lobby. LOTS of families with many kids running around.
On top of that, the room walls are paper thin. It’s like an echo chamber with the high ceilings, NO carpeting and we had an adjoining room door that must NOT be closely fitted, cuz when the loud drunk neighbors came back at 1.45 am, we heard everything from the long discussion of when to set their alarm to his many, many loud yawns. We had to turn the AC wayyy down to come on and stay on to try to drown out their talking, which went on too long at that hour.
The coffee had NO taste and our first cup (around 7.10 am) was lukewarm. Also, please move where the paper plates are located at breakfast. There’s a sworm of kids all around the pancake maker, making it tough to grab a plate to get some eggs.
Also know that if your room has 2 beds, most likely a 100# dirty dog was laying on that 2nd bed.

No complaints about this hotel! Everything worked just as it should and is up to par with all other Tru hotels. Room is clean, shower had hot water, AC kept the room 68 all night long. Sheets and towels were clean. Felt that my vehicle was safe in the parking lot at night. Not much more you can ask for from a hotel.

Room was nice and clean. The desk was right up next to the air conditioner which made it uncomfortable while working. No pool or hot tub on site. They did have a fitness room. Had a basic breakfast in the morning. Overall not bad but will probably try something else nearby next time.

Comfortable rooms, not as clean as I would expect. The AC just barely cools the room. I had 2 rooms, and neither one was better than the other. Both showers leaked through the shower door, soaking the floor. All of the corners had dust in them as well as on top of any flat surfaces where they don't expect people to look.
