This is the worst U-Haul I have ever seen. Appointment was for 9:30 am and no one came to the door. Beer bottles and pizza boxes all over the front like they don't even care. Absolutely the trashiest place I have ever seen as a "business."

This place has horrible customer service. Do not rent from there. I rented a uhaul for work on a trashout for a house. They kept calling me and bugging me to see if I was going to bring it back on time and did I want to extend my contract all while I was trying to work and use my phone. I rent uhauls every week. And never had this problem from anywhere else. I was a couple hours late because of time change and I got charged a whole more entire day. Go somewhere else if you don’t want a hassle. Go here if you want a headache.

I dont know the ladys name but she went above and beyond hook everything up for me and it was past closing time
