The hole thing went smoth as silk. Seen me pull in for the return and had me checked in before I hit the door. Definitely will go back when needed.

Absolutely terrible, we had to move an hour away and had a very busy day closing on our home. We scheduled the U-Haul pickup and had to push pick up time back two different times. The acted like it was not a problem but charged us an extra hundred dollars for "reschedule" we came the day we said we would come and there were a ton of trucks there. The pick up was during business hours. We caused them no inconvenience by pushing the time back. If they would have told us pushing the time back a bit was going to be counted as a reschedule we would have gone somewhere else. Hope the employees at the Elkhart 33 location are happy with the extra money they made for U-Haul 🫤 we actually could have used that during this time in our lives.

I am a.disabled army veteran and the entire process or reserving, picking up and returning the unit was extremely easy and the store attendant was revy cordial and helpful as well.

Before they checked the drop box for the key they called and told me I hadn't return the vehicle when yes I did. I question if they know there job . Seems you would check them in before accusing someone of not returning it!

The store had all of the moving supplies and equipment on display but it could have been organized a little better. The U-Haul worker was courteous, helpful, and explained everything quickly.
