So unless it is junk mail. It will be delivered whenever they feel like, but rest assured that the junk mail will be on time and before noon! Rates will rise! Dependability will plummet!

I've been waiting for my package from overseas for FOUR MONTHS now just to find out from the company I bought from that the package was returned to sender by this post office that it was supposed to be inbound to. No notice from the post office about my package making it through customs, being at this location, an attempt to deliver, NOTHING. They're about to receive a very angry phone call from me demanding that I be reimbursed to get my package shipped back here

Nobody picks up Phone ever . Also having 1 window up on a Saturday morning after being closed on Friday is beyond ridiculous. Only reason for 2 stars is because the lady with the tea pot hat had always been nice.

No mail for a week at this point for no legitimate reason. If my packages and mail don't show up soon I will be filing criminal charges for property theft-destruction. If they can't follow their own simple guidelines they can catch a charge. A thousand cars pass my mailbox every day it is clearly accessible.

Had a package that required a signature. My wife works from home and I have video surveillance of my entire property.
Mailman decided not to even ring my doorbell before marking my package as undeliverable because no one was there ( I have him scanning it and walking away on camera, never knocking it ringing my doorbell) I have now been attempting to get them to redeliver the package for 3 days. Was lied to about a redelivery yesterday, and now I can't get anyone at the post office to even answer the phone.
Ryan then had the audacity to tell me to just come pick the package up myself, but wouldn't come out to see me in person for a conversation in the lobby when I showed up. He sent someone else out to do it. Poor leadership gets poor results.

Proof my Menards rebate was stolen by either the postman or other post office employees. I have security cameras on my property and would see if someone stole it from my mailbox. Thanks for giving me the proof I needed to file a police report.

Rarely have issues with daily mail, even when a sub driver.
Having the USPS boxes makes it so much more affordable to ship to my grandsons in Washington State.

Great and fast experience with getting a passport application in.
I did not catch her name but the Passport Agent was nice and very professional, she made everything go smooth!
