This place has an event center to rent out, upon renting security deposit is $400 and an extra $400 to rent the place out. Our scheduled event was held here with no issues. that is until after the event; the lady who rented the place out to us decided to only give us $200 of our deposit back. This was according to her âmichigan state inspectorâ stating we did not mop properly. They also had petty complaints of âchildren being presentâ and âtaking 5 hours to cleanâ even after we had a verbal agreement with the owner that we could be there ALL DAY Friday to set up, event on Saturday, and ALL DAY Sunday to clean. weâd have no issues paying those $200 if the reasons for them keeping it were valid. We followed all contract rights, cleaned AND mopped thoroughly and still left the place better than how we received it. this is not how you do business. if youâre going to rent this place out, make sure you have all agreements down on paper and confirmed. if not , I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

My grandfather is 78 and has dementia, and 7 times, 7! He has left there and almost died! Because he was so drunk and they let him leave with his keys!!!!!! 7 times now!!!!! And they actually believe they don't have to do anything about anything there, they just keep serving, he's almost died 7 TIMES now!! Do something to change the staff's attentiveness and understanding of their jobs responsibilities!
