My wife and I have been going to Walgreens for many years. We've never had a problem until today. My wife ran in to pick up a few things and waited in line behind another lady, wondering where the cashier was. Apparently, both employees were outside having a cigarette break. When they returned from their break, they were very nonchalant, as if it was part of their job. They didn't even apologize for making them wait. They also were not wearing anything that indicated they were Walgreens employees. I realize it's difficult to find good help nowadays, but this is ridiculous. C'mon Walgreens, do better! I may need to start getting familiar with CVS.

I have been trying to get my prescription from Walgreens on Cassopolis and County Road 4 for more than a week. The automated has always said they are working on it and or if tried to contact the pharmacist that he was helping other customers. I was told they would call me when my prescription was filled. this has never happened. I finally found out late that the prescription was done and now find out that the store is closed and won't be open until Oct. 25. What am I to do for getting the prescription that I have been on for a long time. They didn't have enough of this when I put in the automated request so had to wait for that and again a call to me would be placed which never happened. This is not the first time the pharmacy has been closed and I couldn't get the prescription, fortunately I had enough to wait it out. My insurance gave me two choices and this is the one choice I took.

I have been a Walgreens customer for 17 years. I've been a customer at this location since they opened. This week I was prescribed medication that my doctor told me would be expensive, but I was shocked to find out that the Walgreen's price was $555 without insurance. This was in addition to my regular monthly prescription that I've been on for 25 years. That being beyond my budget, I sought out other pricing and found it significantly cheaper at another Pharmacy. I called the doctor's office and asked to have the prescriptions moved and they told me to call Walgreens and have then transferred to where I wanted them. I called Walgreens and an automated message told me to call the store that I wanted them transferred to and have that store transfer them. I called that store and they told me that Walgreens has to call and transfer the prescriptions to them. I called Walgreens again and got a person. First they told me that they didn't even have any prescriptions for me. I told them that I had the email saying that they were on hold because my insurance had expired. They found them. I explained the situation to the pharmacy tech and she said that the other store had to call Walgreens and request for the prescriptions to be transferred. I told her what the other store had told me and the lady got very upset. She said she couldn't believe this and it was so stupid and that they would go ahead and do it for me this time, but "when they get to it." Despite her obvious attitude, I was very polite and after she told me that she would handle it for me. I started to say thank you and have a nice day, but SHE HUNG UP ON ME! LIKE I DID SOMETHING WRONG!!! Bye Walgreens! I literally would drive 45 minutes to that location when there's a pharmacy 3 minutes from my house. No more. You just lost a good customer.

Poor Service.. Employee would not get my photo order tonight at 8:00pm. Said she doesn’t work in the Photo Dept.. All I wanted on this visit was my FREE 8x10. Have had previous bad experience at this location when a few photos were chopped off at the top and was told that they don’t do the photos and I would have to pay for the bad ones..

rude.personnel . kept me on hold 7min after answering twice and hanging up twice. I WILL NOT RETURN OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ANYMORE

Have used Walgreens for years. Their Pharmacists are very knowledgeable and professional! Good prices, staff is always eager to help!
