They make you go online to schedule a Covid test and all it would show is Ohio. I would hit the use my location feature and it still did not help. I called the pharmacy and after they put me on hold for 10 minutes they hung up on me. So I called them back got a hold of the pharmacist finally and she told me there was nothing they could do for me. So not only could I not get a Covid test she basically told me good luck.

The manager, Josh, was very rudely telling customers to leave because it was almost time to close. These are people that are buying stuff, not just fooling around. You would think he would allow them to finish, but he didn't. Then at the register he was giving an attitude to the last customers. A very unprofessional and rude person. He should not be a manager if he is going to act like that and is supposed to be an example for his employees. I will be contacting corporate about my experience.

This week, Sept 5th, we picked up a prescription at the Hively Ave Walgreen's store. The cost was $353.89 for a 90 day supply. We asked other pharmacies to cost compare. Walmart charges $71.13 for the same script. A local grocery chain, Meijer, charges $46.65 for the very same prescription. Cost difference between Walgreen and Meijer? $307.24...for a 90 day supply. Oh...and Walgreen's told us that they will not refund the money once you walk out the door with your meds, even tho you never opened them.

This is the most disorganized, customer UNFRIENDLY Walgreen's I have ever worked with. Of the few times I've used them, 85% of the visits have consisted of a mistake of one type or another. I'm not saying that the mistakes are all the pharmacy, I've made one or two myself. However, when calling to get assistance, the technicians are immediately defensive and rude, and when you finally do get a pharmacist on the line, they talk over you, are rude, and won't help at all claiming that they are going to protect their staf. I was in pain, had waited two days already for them to fill a pain prescription, only for me to have to call and find out that they had contacted my doctor and then had voided my script. They did not call and tell me this, and what's worse, I had a doctors appointment in the meantime, and they had not heard from this pharmacy. Save your money, go across the street to CVS, and you'll have ultimately better customer service.

Worst experience at any walgreens that ive ever been to i wouldn't recommend it to anyone especially going to the pharmacy for medications. Drive a little further for better service or go to cvs across the street.

Pharmacy sucks. Prescription never ready, you never get a phone call if there's a problem, you're the one calling them. Very unprofessional. I'm changing back to CVS next month.
