Very rude in the way the lady handles her side business ( eyebrow threading) says a certain time and certain days that she does them and then cancels on you the last minute. Talks crap about her customers, dirty environment, and over all not good experience. Don’t recommend going there at ALL!

My only place to drop off my king-sized comforter to be laundered. It smells so clean and fresh for only $15. Always open washers if I need to do my own laundry.

I can't really share a full review. My review is based purely on their hours. We arrived at 815am after looking at their hours, which was open at 8... only to find they are actually open at 9, per the hand written note on the door. Time to update your hours on Google. .

Of the laundry facilities in Elkhart, this place charges 0.25, 0.50, 0.75 cents more than elsewhere, they only give 6 minimum dryers for 0.25, in other places they give 7 minutes for the same value.
The laundry is run by people from India, they are not very sociable and they do not like children when they go to wash clothes.
The rest, everything normal

Very friendly staff. Never been to a laundromat that had attendants to help you. Place was clean too! Miss. Ma'am (Vicki) is probably a very popular attendant as she is VERY attentive and pleasant to talk to!
